Your event runs on its own service with its own database. Nothing another organizer does can slow it down or take it out.
Every site runs the same prebuilt, tested release. New sites are a pull, not a build, and a failed deploy is retried automatically before anyone notices.
Results and lists live on durable storage that survives restarts and releases. A full backup is taken whenever a site retires, and you can download one any time from your admin.
Players do not depend on venue Wi-Fi. If signal is bad too, the printable slips and sheets run the round on paper and results go in afterwards.
Addresses are issued and renewed automatically, with the temporary address always available as a fallback.
Tickets flagged event day go straight to us. We answer them first, ahead of everything else.
